Custom orders & design proofs
Every custom order is made from the details, wording, colors, photos, and files you provide. Two proof rounds are included with your purchase. Please review spelling, dates, names, colors, placement, and all other details carefully before approving your final proof.
- Production begins only after final proof approval when a proof is part of the order.
- Changes requested after final approval may require a redesign or reprint fee.
- Additional revisions beyond the two included proof rounds may be priced separately and can extend the completion date.
Cancellations & changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Because design work and material preparation may begin quickly, a cancellation or full refund may not be available once custom work has started. Approved proofs and orders already in production cannot be canceled.
Returns, refunds & order concerns
Personalized and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged because they were created specifically for you. If your order arrives damaged, has a production defect, or does not match the approved proof, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the concern and determine the appropriate resolution.
Customer-supplied photos, wording & designs
You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to use every photo, logo, graphic, name, phrase, or other file you submit. Low-resolution or cropped images may affect print quality. We may contact you for a replacement file when an upload is not suitable for the requested product.
Color & product appearance
Screen settings, printing methods, materials, lighting, and handmade production can create small differences in color or appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects. Product mockups show the intended design and may not represent exact scale on every size or material.
Privacy & communication
Information and files submitted through this website are used to answer your message, prepare your design, process your order, and provide order updates. Payment details are handled through the connected secure payment provider; iCandy Craft Studio does not store full card details. We do not sell customer information.
